RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
|Here are our terms and conditions pertaining to returning merchandise:
- We can only provide returns and exchanges for merchandise that was purchased
- We offer a 30-day return and exchange period from the date of purchase on our merchandise.
- Unfortunately, due to the deep discounts extended in wholesale/resale orders, refunds are not available in those cases.
Exchanges are possible. It's best to contact us with specific details, so we can best assist you.
- Merchandise must be returned in new, resalable condition.
For a full refund, we require the merchandise be returned in the same condition
in which it was delivered.
- DVDs, VHS videos, audio CDs & other digital media cannot
be returned if opened but can be exchanged if defective, for the same title. These items must be unopened and still in their original plastic
- Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
- We refund in the same manner in which we receive payment. That is,
if merchandise was paid for by credit card, we will refund to the credit
card that was initially charged for the purchase.
- Refunds are normally processed within 24-48 hours from when we receive returned merchandise.
- After processing your return, we will reply via email confirming receipt,
acknowledgement of your refund or provide an explanation why your refund is
not yet completed.

Please include your order # with the returned merchandise. If you don’t have your
order #, please include your name, address, phone and email so we can look it up.
