Returned merchandise should be sent here:
- We can only provide returns and exchanges for merchandise that was purchased
- We offer a 30-day return and exchange period on our merchandise from the
date of purchase.
- Unfortunately, due to the deep discounts extended in wholesale/resale orders, refunds are not available.
Exchanges are possible. It's best to contact us with specific details, so we can work to best assist.
- Merchandise must be returned in new, resalable condition.
For a full refund, we require the merchandise be returned in the same condition
in which it was delivered.
- DVDs, VHS Videos, Audio CDs & other Digital Media purchased can not
be returned if opened but it can be exchanged if defective, for the exact
same title. These items must be unopened and still in their original plastic
- Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
- We refund in the same manner in which we receive payment. For example,
if merchandise was paid by credit card, we will in turn, refund the credit
card that was initially charged for the purchase.
- Refunds are normally processed within 24-48 hours from when returned merchandise
- After processing your return, we will reply via email confirming receipt,
acknowledgement of your refund or provide an explanation why your refund is
not yet completed.
