A good effort (by both ourselves and the publishers we work with) goes into ensuring the products you recieve are free from defect. However, in the event you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately and provide us with the following information:
  1. Your name, email address, order # and the item's product code
  2. The address the replacement product should be sent to.
  3. A brief, clear explanation of the defect
We ask for the information because different publishers have different policies on how they address this situation. While most publishers prefer to send replacement product out themselves, some are limited to shipping outside the US and others want us to send the replacement.

When we receive your notification, we will reply via email and provide the following information:

  1. Acknowledgement that we have received your email and that we are working on it.
  2. An explanation of how your situation will be resolved
  3. A time estimate on when you can expect to receive replacement merchandise.
When you receive your replacement product and all is well in the world again, please send us an email letting us know. It helps us following up with the publisher(s).
